I find my role as consultant to a group of roundsquared members personally rewarding. I enjoy learning from each of these members in different ways. I have a passionate focus on creating meaningful employment for all in the community, irrespective of abilities.
I am the mother of two little girls, and have lived in the Eurobodalla for the last 19 years. I am an active member of the community, working full time and being involved with mainstream and disability organisations and committees. I am also vision impaired and legally totally blind.
I have completed a Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Interventions; Certificate IV in Disabilities, Certificate IV in Aged Care, Community Welfare Certificate IV, Certificate III in Children’s Services, Certificate III in Health Service Assistance. I have also been involved with developing programs for people in challenging situations and this is my passion.
I have always been interested in photography and two years ago I applied for a grant “My Choice Matters” to learn and develop this new skill. This gave me an opportunity to explore this median, expressing myself creatively, and I have been taking photos ever since. I trust in science and technology and believe that I will one day view my photos.
