My background in disability employment, aged care and education shapes how I support Members at roundsquared. I work closely with individuals and families as they move toward independent living or navigate systems like health, education and the NDIS.

Some of the most meaningful moments for me have been supporting families through end-of-life care. These experiences have greatly deepened my empathy and respect. Outside work, I’m raising two kids with my partner and love exploring the South Coast together.

I love helping Members and families move forward with confidence, especially when things feel stuck. My approach is practical, encouraging and grounded in real listening (with a dash of humour when it’s needed most).

I bring lived experience and deep insight into SDA, SIL, youth homelessness and disability including Autism, ADHD, and mental health. I’m also trained in sexual and reproductive health for people with disability, which helps me connect in honest, respectful and meaningful ways.

As a Support Coordinator at roundsquared, I work closely with Members to plan supports, build confidence, and take practical steps toward their goals.

I really value our down-to-earth approach and the trust that comes from working one-on-one with people. I grew up in Eurobodalla and bring local insight and experience from roles in admin and support. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two, and we’re usually off to the beach or out on a weekend adventure.

I’m all about helping families find what works. I support parents and kids to get the right help in place, especially families with disability or neurodivergence

My background as a support worker means I understand the day-to-day stuff that matters. I bring lived experience supporting family members with ADHD, and I enjoy the practical side of the job -working things out, setting goals, and getting good outcomes that make life a little easier.

Supporting people to feel confident, capable, and connected is what drew me to this role. I work with Members to take steps they once thought were out of reach, and make goal-focused plans that reflect their own path forward.

My background in creative and community settings shapes how I support people with empathy, structure, and a focus on what matters most to them. When I’m not at work, I enjoy creative projects, community events, and time with my family.

I love helping Members take real steps toward their goals, whether it’s finding housing, work, or support for their kids. I’m known for breaking big goals into smaller, achievable wins that build trust in what is possible.

With a background in childcare, I understand family dynamics and enjoy working alongside parents to create plans that actually work. Collaboration is key for me. Whether it’s with services or families, I work hard to make things smoother (and add in a little fun where I can).

With a decade of experience at the Department of Human Services, I joined roundsquared to help make the NDIS feel more accessible and share my knowledge about what services and supports are available, especially for people managing complex mental health and psychosocial needs.

As a parent and partner of NDIS Participants, I understand how overwhelming the system can feel. I have a hands-on approach helping Members make sense of the NDIS, take practical steps, and work toward real outcomes for independent living. I’m also a proud local, raising three kids on the South Coast.

I take a calm, practical approach to my work, and believe the best outcomes come from clear communication, strong partnerships, and a shared focus on what matters. I’ve supported families through complex challenges for many years, bringing experience in counselling, advocacy, and group support.

My past experience with services like DCJ, Education, Police, and Community Health have helped me to build strong relationships and stand alongside Members when systems feel hard. I’m also skilled at sourcing assistive tech and supports that truly fit.
