    Senior Consultant, Sydney Region

I joined roundsquared in 2019 as a consultant in Sydney after a background in management and retail and a full time carer for my daughter. Having my daughter as a Member of roundsquared has made a positive difference in our own personal lives. With lived experience in disability, I have first-hand and personal understanding of the NDIS and the impact of the right support.

I bring specialist knowledge in ART cases, AAT processes, home modifications, and complex advocacy, and I’m passionate about helping families feel heard, understood, and supported.

I’m passionate about supporting people with disability to build independence and lead fulfilling lives.

I previously lived overseas and volunteered with an NGO, teaching English in local communities. Empowering others to lead fulfilling lives has always been my drive, and it’s rewarding for me to work in an organisation that is also passionate in making a meaningful impact and meaningful change. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with loved ones swimming at local beaches, hiking, or dancing to anything with a good beat.

    Consultant, Sydney

I began my career in disability as a Support Worker, and my previous experience is in project management, and coordination. After 3 years of supporting children with autism to advance their skills & gain confidence to reach their goals, I naturally find working for people living with disability to be a positive and rewarding role.

Now, as a consultant in the Sydney team, I help Members access the right supports, organise therapies, and work closely with families, support workers, and services to help people reach their goals.
