Our Executive Team
-
Krystal Tritton
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
I’ve experienced many parts of the NDIS community - first as a Member, then progressing through roles to now proudly serving as CEO.
As someone from the blind community, I know how important it is to recognise that disability looks different for everyone. Support needs to be personal and shaped by real understanding.
I’m driven by seeing Members grow, speak up, and live life on their terms. I focus on turning gaps in disability services into real opportunities for connection, independence, and real employment.
I lead with the aim to grow confidence and skills in my team as roundsquared evolves. I believe people with disability have the right to meaningful roles and full community lives and I’m focused on building a culture that supports that for everyone.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my two teenage daughters, usually at the beach or having lively debates around the dinner table.
-
Paul Newton
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As the Chief Operating Officer, I support Krystal and the Directors with day-to-day operations and help shape our growth by focusing on what matters most to our Members.
My background is in retail and business leadership, where people always came first. That same approach now shapes how we work at roundsquared. Outside work, I’m a dad of four and we’re usually at the beach, bushwalking, or chasing good food.
-
John Player
Director
I’ve lived with disability for over 50 years, and I’m proud to be both a Member and Director at roundsquared. My background in healthcare taught me the value of listening and speaking up when it counts.
I draw on life experience to bring a practical mindset and strong sense of fairness to my role, making sure the voices of everyday people are heard and respected at the Board table.
-
Frances Minotte
Director
As a Director at roundsquared, my connection to this work is both personal and purposeful.
Being a mum of two and a full-time carer has taught me more than any job ever could. I have learned first-hand how disability shapes daily life and just how much the right support matters.
My role on the Board is about making sure our decisions reflect the values we stand for; support that’s practical, personal, and centred on what is important to Members and their families.
-
Jodie Hoger
Director
I’m both a Member and a Director at roundsquared, and I draw on my own lived experience of disability to help make sure every Member has a fair go—whether it’s in learning, work, or everyday life
With close to 30 years in disability education, I’ve helped shape accessible systems at TAFE NSW and led Inclusion Action Plans that focus on practical change. My work is grounded in insight, persistence, and a belief that access should be part of everything we do.
-
Suzanne Kerslake
Director
Curiosity, persistence and lived experience shape everything I bring to roundsquared. As a parent of a Member and someone who’s spent decades advocating for my son, I know how complex, frustrating (and rewarding) this space can be.
Now, as a Director, I’m focused on the things that make real change. Clear communication, practical support, and decisions that centre around people, not systems. I believe good support is built on trust and shared knowledge and I’m always on the lookout for what might help us do things better.

With a decade of experience at the Department of Human Services, I joined roundsquared to help make the NDIS feel more accessible and share my knowledge about what services and supports are available, especially for people managing complex mental health and psychosocial needs.
As a parent and partner of NDIS Participants, I understand how overwhelming the system can feel. I have a hands-on approach helping Members make sense of the NDIS, take practical steps, and work toward real outcomes for independent living.
