NDIS Support Co Ordinator & Consultant

(Positions available in both Eurobodalla & Tweed Shire NSW)

roundsquared are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join their team of Consultants who support NDIS participants to build a good life.

​

The position will mentor participants and their families to develop their skills to enable them to direct and manage their services and supports in order to live a rich and more inclusive, independent life in their community.

​

Your role is to assist participants to identify and link with relevant services that will enable them to achieve the goals set out in their NDIS plans.  You'll be supporting participants by identifying what services they require, connecting them with relevant services, and ensuring that those services are providing effective support.

• You're highly adaptable, creative and an excellent communicator.

• You're passionate about enabling people with disability to live a fulfilling and inclusive life, of their own choosing.

• You're self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

       

Requirements

​

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with people with disability and/or Cert IV in a related field.

• Experience in a similar role.

• Excellent time management and administration skills.

• High level usage of technology and working budgets.

• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within and outside the Tweed Shire.

• A valid NDIS worker screening check.

• Two doses and a booster of a valid COVID vaccine as per NSW Health mandate.

These are permanent part time positions located in Tweed Shire and the Eurobodalla Shire and paid under the SCHADS Award level 4. Pay point dependant on skills & experience.  Professional development and supervision provided.
