Our Role

roundsquared is an independent organisation that provides flexible and responsive mentoring, support and consultancy to:

  •  people living with disability

  •  families of people living with disability


We support our members to direct and manage (wholly or partially) individual lifestyle development, funding and other resources, in order for the person living with disability to have a rich and independent life in the community.


roundsquared works with an individual or a family within an agreed plan to utilise funding and other resources to best support and benefit the person living with disability.


Our main role is to assist people with disability and their families to lead good lives. As people who self manage undertake all the administration and finance themselves, we believe that it should be as simple and straight forward as possible, so that you can “get on with the business of living”.


All our members will currently have a plan or be working towards an NDIS Plan and a budget which is matched to the Plan.

Understanding Implementation of your NDIS Plan

COORDINATION OF SUPPORTS - Where the NDIS have provided for Coordination of Supports within your Plan, roundsquared will provide ongoing assistance and mentoring throughout your Plan to refer to, and liase with, a range of services and supports within the community that meet your individual needs.


During your planning meeting you will have been asked to nominate how you would like your NDIS Plan managed. This refers to how you would like your services paid for from your Plan funding. There are three options, we have included a definition of how we will assist you for each option:

PLAN MANAGEMENT - Financial Intermediary. Finance at roundsquared will pay your NDIS invoices from your NDIS Plan, either directly to your service provider, or by reimbursement to you. We will assist you with setting up accounts with your service providers. Members with Plan Management can also access Plan Implementation, this is additional support purchased form roundsquared for casual 'as needed' assistance to coordinate supports.

SELF MANAGED - The NDIS will pay you directly for the supports that you use. You will be responsible for all reporting to the NDIS. 

AGENCY MANAGED - The NDIS will pay your service providers directly for your supports.

You may choose to have different support areas managed in different ways within the same Plan.
