Plan Management and Financial Support

At roundsquared, we believe that people with disability and their families must have real Choice and Control over the decisions that affect their lives. Our role is to support the person who has to make the decision and assist them to make it happen in order for people with a disability to live a rich and more inclusive and independent life in their community.

 

We do this by: 

 

  • Carefully managing and monitoring Member’s budgets, working closely with them to ensure their funding is being utilised efficiently.

  • Supporting members with the payment of invoices for services and claiming through the NDIS portal.

  • Providing Members with regular statements to show the financial status of their plan including prompt notification of over or under utilisation.

Our fees are in line with the current Price Guide published by the National Disability Insurance Agency.​ Fees are charged according to the appropriate category including Plan Management (set up and monthly fees).​ Our fees are negotiable and will be set out in your service agreement with us.

Services to Members
Support Coordination
Your roundsquared Consultant / Support Coordinator will work with you to:
 
•   Assist members to review a current plan. 

•   Advise members on the employment of supports to assist them.

•   Assist with developing service agreements. 

•   Support members to manage their plan flexibly and to support them in making ongoing adjustments as needs change. 

•   Support and assist members through crisis resolution and with building self advocacy skills. 

•   Assist with regular monitoring and outcomes reporting for the NDIS.

•   Connect members who want to speak to people in similar circumstances.

•   Maintain regular, minimum fortnightly or as agreed, contact with members. 

•   Facilitate member forums, workshops and training.

•   Provide ongoing plan implementation to Members with or without Support Coordination.
